1. Acceptance of Terms By connecting your TikTok account to Kavi AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service Kavi AI provides tools for TikTok creators to view and analyze their profile data (“Service”). We use TikTok’s official API to retrieve information you authorize us to see.
3. User Authorization & Data
- Authentication: We use TikTok Login Kit for authentication. We do not see or store your TikTok password.
- Data Access: You grant Kavi AI permission to access your basic profile info and statistics (e.g., follower counts, display name) as specified in the OAuth consent screen.
- Revocation: You can revoke Kavi AI’s access at any time through your TikTok account settings.
4. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use Kavi AI to:
- Violate any laws or TikTok’s own Community Guidelines.
- Attempt to scrape data or bypass our security measures.
- Impersonate other users.
5. Limitation of Liability Kavi AI is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any changes TikTok makes to its API or platform that may affect our service’s functionality.
6. Changes to Terms We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
